Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. There is a £100 refundable deposit that must be paid when opening your account. This is refundable when you terminate your contract providing there is no damage to the container, lock, or key.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes, we offer full contents insurance as an optional upgrade when opening your account. It's not needed, but we highly recommend it.
Can I come in and out as many times as I want?
Yes. There are no limits of any sort. You have 24-hour access to your container and you can come and go as often as you like.
Are the containers waterproof?
Yes. They are all vented, and wind and water tight.
Do you do pickup or collections?
No, but we work with a network of local couriers and removal firms. Let us know what you need, and we'll recommend one of our trusted partners.
